ABOUT THE PROJECT
At the CEA Foundation, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), we have designed and launched the MUJERES ADELANTE project for the second time. This initiative seeks to provide employment training for 215 women in the cities of Bogotá and Medellín through an inclusive and comprehensive training process focused on developing job-related skills and attitudes.
Our Goals

To strengthen employability skills in 215 women in Medellín and Bogotá through training, mentoring, and socio-emotional development.
To facilitate employment for at least 140 women through partnerships with companies and the identification of new opportunities.
To establish, strengthen, and ensure the sustainability of a network that promotes women’s economic empowerment.
To transform the conceptual understanding of gender-based violence (GBV) in a positive way.
