Digital marketing and artificial intelligence training program for women entrepreneurs in Arauca
The goal of the Alma Mujer Arauca program is to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of 45 female entrepreneurs through a comprehensive program that combines theoretical and practical training in digital marketing and artificial intelligence, complemented by continuous support through microlearning and personalized mentoring, in order to improve and scale their ventures.
This program aims to equip women entrepreneurs not only with technical knowledge, but also with the necessary support to effectively apply this knowledge to the growth and scalability of their businesses. Throughout the program, the women receive support through the ALMA course, designed by SierraCol, which seeks to promote the leadership of high-impact women. The purpose of this course is to strengthen the participants' confidence and empower them to become leaders in their communities.
