Women Forward
Job training for 200 women from the cities of Bogotá, Cartagena and Medellín
Together with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and DISRUPTIA, we have designed and launched the MUJERES ADELANTE (Women Forward) project. This initiative aims to train and employ 200 women from the cities of Bogotá, Cartagena, and Medellín through an inclusive and comprehensive training process focused on developing skills and attitudes for sales and customer service.
